Provides young people with free confidential, information, advice and counselling.
Student Life at Highlands
To support your well-being and offer emotional and practical support in times of need. They can provide you with support and information on many areas, including course information, financial support, counselling services and additional learning support.
Samaritans
What to do if you’re not feeling okay. You can get in touch about anything that’s troubling you, no matter how large or small the issue feels.
Mind Jersey
Is an independent local charity that provides support to people living with mental illness. Mind Jersey provide volunteer-based Peer support. This type of support is when people use their own lived experiences to help someone else who needs support.
The Listening Lounge
Aims to support islanders with their mental health and wellbeing. Our team of counsellors and peer workers provide a range of different support options which can all be accessed free of charge and without the need for a referral.
Kooth
An online mental wellbeing community. Access free, safe and anonymous support. Young people can access Kooth by visiting www.kooth.com and selecting ‘Jersey Kooth’ during the sign-up process.
Jersey Women’s Refuge
A 24/7 service to women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse.
Citizens Advice Jersey
Offers information, advice and practical help to clients on all areas of enquiry, such as Housing, Employment, Benefits, Relationships, Legal and Debt Management
Children’s Commissioner
If you are a child or young person and you feel you are not getting the help you need or are entitled to, you can talk to the Children’s Commissioner.
